Cybersecurity is an integral part of modern automation. As a manufacturer of intelligent production systems and digital solutions, Baumann Automation is committed to ensuring the security of its products throughout their entire lifecycle.

Through our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), we provide customers, partners and security researchers with a central point of contact for the responsible reporting of critical product security incidents and actively exploited vulnerabilities.

Our objective is to assess reported security issues promptly, systematically and confidentially, implement appropriate mitigation measures, and collaborate with all relevant parties to achieve a secure and effective resolution.

Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) coordinates the handling of reports relating to critical product security incidents and actively exploited vulnerabilities.

The team is responsible for, among other things:

• Receiving and assessing reports of critical product security incidents
• Analysing actively exploited vulnerabilities
• Coordinating internal mitigation measures
• Maintaining communication with reporting parties throughout the entire handling process
• Supporting our regulatory obligations relating to product security and cybersecurity

We welcome reports of actively exploited vulnerabilities, provided they are submitted responsibly.

Please observe the following principles:

• Please refrain from exploiting or publicly disclosing vulnerabilities until they have been jointly assessed and, where appropriate, remediated.
• Avoid conducting tests that could affect the operation of production systems, products or third parties.
• The more detailed your report, the more quickly our PSIRT will be able to assess and process it.

• Treat your identity confidentially
• Share your information only with authorised personnel
• Assess the reported issue in accordance with our documented internal processes
• Keep you informed about the progress of the investigation
