baumann sem|box The baumann sem|box is the standardized platform solution for all applications that require the highest precision at the fastest speeds. Applications: Quick pick and place tasks, dispensing (glue and seal), testing, wafer handling, placing odd-shape components on PCBs, etc. Features: The base is made of polymer concrete with high weight in order to absorb the extreme accelerations and speeds (maximum speed 3m/s). The gantry robot is driven by linear motors. The baumann sem|box may quickly be adapted to various applications trhough its modular design. The specific modifications are not more than 20%. Options: The cell is fully inline-capable and may be equipped with various supplementary and feeding modules via pre-defined interfaces. Even pallet sizes of 600x400 mm are no problem for the sembox!
