baumann feed|box The baumann feed|box is a flexible robotic platform for automated loading and unloading tasks of machining centers and injection molding machines. The cell is suitable for in-line or stand-alone operation and can be configured with either a robotic or gantry-style handling system. Parts can be loaded directly or indirecly into the tooling nest. Applications: The possible application fields contain mate grinding, double loading, single loading with repacking, or component classification for example. Performance: The baumann feed|box allows a flexible handling of components of up to 2 kg with cycle times from 1.5 seconds. Pallets of a maximum size up to 400 x 600 mm and a weight of up to 30 kg may be used. Features: The modular system allows a flexible adaptation to your application by integrating different handover interfaces. Further additional processes like measuring, checking, or cleaning may be realized easily by the adaptive cell concept.
